Frequently Asked Questions
-
It is a custom-fitted, clasp-free chain that is seamlessly welded directly onto your wrist, ankle, or neck. Because there is no clasp, it stays on continuously until you decide to remove it, making it the ultimate low-maintenance, everyday accessory.
-
Not at all! The welding machine uses a quick, localized flash of heat to fuse the metal link together. It only touches the chain itself, never your skin. It is completely safe, quick, and painless.
-
A standard session takes about 10–15 minutes per person. This gives us plenty of time to help you choose your perfect chain, custom-measure it for a comfortable fit, and seamlessly weld the link.

We love popping up at local markets across the ACT and NSW region! While we always welcome walk-ins on the day, spaces can fill up very quickly. To guarantee your time slot and secure first pick of our curated chains, we highly recommend booking a prioritised session on our website ahead of time.

If you ever need to remove your chain for an MRI, surgery, or any other reason, it can be easily taken off at home. Simply use a sharp pair of household scissors or wire cutters to carefully snip the specific jump ring we welded. Save your chain, and we can happily re-weld it for you later!
-
We select premium, durable metals, but permanent jewellery is not indestructible. Fine chains can stretch or snap if they are caught, pulled hard, or subjected to heavy impact.
If you still have the chain: Keep it safe! If the break happens at the weld point within the first 14 days, we will happily re-weld it for free. If it breaks down the track or breaks within the chain links, we can inspect it and re-weld it for a small handling fee ($20), provided the integrity of the chain is still intact.
If the chain is lost: Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for lost chains.

Catch us at any of our upcoming NSW/ACT market pop-ups! To ensure you don't have to wait in line, we recommend booking a quick "Re-weld" prioritised session through our booking link.

Yes, we love welding pieces for younger clients! However, we do have a few guidelines to ensure safety and comfort:
Under 16: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign our standard liability waiver.
Under 12: Because younger children grow quickly and active play increases the risk of snagging, we generally recommend a custom-fit piece with a traditional, high-quality clasp instead of a permanent weld.
